Thanks to those of you who responded to my questions about the W-500 bus that I have. The bus does have a 157" wheelbase, as Aaron asked about. Vehicle curb weight is listed at 10,150 pounds. Payload max. is 5,675 pounds. Gross weight max. is 16,000 pounds. The bus body is built by "Superior" and is listed as a 20 passenger. The original paint color was an Air Force blue but has since been done over to a camouflage of green and tan. The interior was completely overhauled and made into a camper/executive transport. I hope to have pictures available as soon as I get it running again and out of my barn. The previous owners son did a number on the original 318.
I have another question this time regarding a power wagon for sale near my house. It is a 1971 W-600 with a flatbed rear. I have never heard of a W-600. Does anyone know about this model?
