Value of a 1967 Dodge Power Wagon Sweptside Shortbox

I am looking at two trucks. One has a factory 318 with low mileage and NO RUST. The second has a 383 and some minor rust. Both are straight. What should I expect to pay? Both have winch and run strong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
