NP 203 and Spicer 44 Front Axle Conversion

I am restoring a 79 W-150 and am looking for the conversion kit to change the NP 203 from full time to part time FWD, also I need the lockout kit for the Spicer 44 front axle, I know they were both availible at one time but can't seem to find the manufacturer any more, any help would be much appreciated.
