Since I have an M37, I thought this was common knowledge, but I guess not. The M37 fuel pump comes with a place to hook the wiper motors to. This fuel pump will bolt directly to your current engine, (I am currently using the civilian pump). I don't know if you just want to go electric, but this will solve your vacuum problem. The fuel pump can be gotten from any number of places, but online www.trader-johns-outpost has them in their catalog...
