The NDTs have a minimum tread depth of 7/16". Looking at the photos it is difficult to tell the used tires from the recaps. The photo shown is one of the used ones, and it shows the worst weather cracked area. More photos are posted at the link below.
I found a 5th wheel in the barn and a couple NDTs suitable for a spare. I'll throw those in.
