"This strange looking Power Wagon was called the Rolligon. It was designed by William H. Albee and was built by the West Coast Machinery Company of Stockton, CA. The three rubber bladders held very little air. They were designed to have minimal impact for operation on the tundra."

I also saw it in a TV Truck Special about 3 months back. A real neet truck.
