(thanks for the DTA plug Rob!) 7 to 9 lbs on the cap. Kragen may say 7-14 because that is the normal range of their off-the-shelf caps...ha!ha!
These radiators are low pressure, your concerns were valid. The fuel tank is an 18 gallon tank.
