Jonas, We run the excuse-u diesels in our dump and water trucks. As long as you keep clean fuel and air filters in them they run great. Ours are all coupled to automatics so I can't speak for manual trans performance. But they make our water trucks climb hills with 2000 gallons and they can make the trucks go a lot faster than the brakes are up to stopping.
