Seriously though, it looks like the FD that had it did a super job modifing and adding things that they needed. My M-37 (just a frame right now!) was with a utility company and when they wanted/needed some change, they hacked away with a torch and didn't worry about it's appearence or it's future life. Your's looks like they really did a good job of modifing it without butchering things up.
