Reinstalling the lock in/out mechanism for the PTO lever. Noticed the front tab is not spring loaded like the rear. Is it supposed be. The "arm" of the spring that goes over the rear tab is missing or perhaps broken on the front tab. Does anyone have a good spring or a source for a replacement? Thank you.
