an industrial block, most likely a replacement. The engine number is IND 251-24751C.
The VIN is 2461271131. It is a 5.83 truck originaly, though I have no idea what the current gears are.
I have only seen the pictures on E-bay, and gotten the numbers from the seller, I know nothing else.
