A WM300 Serial number should have 10 digits, and 246147765 has only 9.

Is there one more number?

If you missed a number at the end, then yes that number works out to be a 1965 based on the trucks I have checked so far, and the serial number breakdowns I have found in the parts books.

If you missed an earlier number in the sequence it may not be a 1965.
