Been around a lot of events worked for the Govt nearly 20 years now 17 in Fed law enforcement. I am conservative by upbringing but also believe people have a choice in views, I have stood in some high profile events called lots of names spit on had bottles thrown at me did not always agree with what I was protecting or the waste or stupidity. I like the forum people cause you people remind me of all the people I see step forward during horrific events, disasters, and when the going gets tough you step forward and remind me we are all a part of a greater good. A lot of times the politicians and the media make it out differently then I see it I see you citizens come forward and help, volunteer and serve when needed and that makes it okay for me to do what I do good and bad. So mostly I believe you have the right to think what you want and most importantly VOTE and make you're views known Like Mr John E did The system only works by you re involvement. I will not involve myself in any more political discussions on this forum cause now you know what party I am for the people of this country and it tends to be a sensitive subject at best. The media always seems to have their own agenda and you proably have to read three different papers and listen too two different news casts to get half an Idea about what really happened. Do you really get the unvarnished truth from a company that owns 1200 stations etc. etc. Thanks Mopar for making me do some thinking when all I was doing was wondering how hard would it be to weld in floorboards on the 69 where none exist anymore.
