There was more than one combo, some married units had 6 bolts some had 8. Some had 23 splines, older units had 10, some later are in the 32 range but I don't have the book in front of me and Paul Cook would never forgive me if I stated that as fact! ha!ha!
It all depends upon the year of the unit.
