reqired dodge content- my wife had our first baby - jack. he is happy & healthy and the proud owner of a 3/4 command car! i will post pics soon. in the midst of our excitement in having our first, i have been having problems with an ebay transaction. i post it here as you guys are ebay users and might have some wisdom to impart. i sold a storage trailer to a buyer. he bid close to the end of the auction so i did not know that he had a -4 rating on 4 transactions until he won the auction. he had previousley bought 3 trailers and one boat. all transactions failed due to his non payment and non pickup of items. i called one of the others who sold him items and confirmed his bad dealings. he made several excuses to the buyer - changed mind, equipment problems etc. he did the same to me (changed his mind) but wired me the money for the trailer. i sent him the title and bill of sale which he says he never got. the post office is researching the return receipt data i provided. i have been receiving harassing calls from him that he has reported me to the postal police & that since he has not received the paperwork, i have engaged in fraud. the trailer is still available to him and i am researching where the paperwork is. my question is, am i correct in assuming that as long is i continue to offer him the trailer to pickup and that i work to resolve the paperwork (including getting a new title from NJ) that i have done nothing wrong and am dealing in good faith. do i have any recourse through ebay as he has proven to be a bad faith purchaser. Once i solve the paperwork issue, he is responsible to pickup the trailer, right? If he wasnt threatening me, i would refund the trailer price minus ebay fees and retitling expenses. now i want him to complete the transaction and take the trailer. how long do i have to wait to begin to charge him storage? i have a great feedback record and have sold pw and non pw items with great success. i even sold judd a box truck which he drove from ny to ne without incident. if i knew he was a pw guy, i would have traded him for a pw instead of cash!! any thoughts about the above would be great. joe sorry to rant, but this is a great place for information.

thanks,

mannyc & jack
