No. "Power Wagon" is a post WW II civilian 1 ton 4X4 truck until 1957, when the name gets broadened to other weight classes. The 6X6 is a WW II military 1-1/2 ton truck, engineering code T-223, model numbers WC-62 w/out winch and WC-63 with winch. The truck in your photo is a WW II 1-1/2 ton 6X6 that has been re-cabbed with a non-original closed cab. The better practice is to identify trucks by their chassis, not their appearance.

The only exception I know to the above rule would be the 6X6 "Power Wagon" fire truck built by Dodge in 1952 to protect its Proving Grounds in Chelsea, Michigan. It is pictured on pages 144 and 247 in Don Bunn's 1996 book titled "DODGE TRUCKS". All the other closed cab 6X6 trucks Im aware of are post WW II non-factory alterations.
