Where can I get tubes and flaps in Alberta?

I was wondering if anyone in alberta knows where to get tubes a flaps for a 900x16. I tried tirecraft and the guy said that because of the valve stem they would probably be about $50 a tube plus another $10 for the flap. Is this the best price I'll be able to get here?
