You shouldn't have to if you have the original single resevoir type master cyl.
If you have bled everything out, open the front left wheel bleeder and push the pedal down, if no air comes out doing this 3 or 4 times, their is no air left. back to adjusting shoes. Maybe they need to be arced Give me a call if you can't solve the problem ((206) 412-5244 I will be back on Thursday
