I don't know how much it costs, but talk to your attorney or the Blue Ribbon Group to see if the proceedings can be published or "listed". Court rulings cannot be used as precedents unless they are published, and if the case was dismissed it will not be a precedent for future off-roaders unless it is documented in the proper way of the law..yada, yada, yada...
