Have you any idea what voltage mine are from the serial number/part number I previuosly posted?

I did hook them up for a moment to my 12V battery to see if they worked at all, and they did. I couldnt tell if they were running faster than they shoul or not, not having experience with this type at all.
Yes, the shaft on mine seem too long also...
WHERE do you find shaft for these????
