Question about Bosch wipers I have. What are they?

I got these electric wipers with my truck when I bought it. I had no intention of using them, but after cleaning one of them, it worked.

The other needs help.

The only part number on the outside is WWA6C.

It says " American Bosch"

Anybody know if these are 6 or 12v wiper motors by the part number?

And, does anyone rebuild them?
