Well that is true, Thats why I answer the phone when a customer calls, and do my best to meet their schedules, I don't advertise 1 hour service or same day serivice, In fact I don't advertise for any "service work" I do mostly new construction. But in the service end of things yes it needs to be fast. How fast is the question, i guess the answer to that is as fast as the customer wants it just don't complain when you have to pay the high bill to support that service. I usualy get the stray customer that has no money and wants a million dollars worth of work NOW. Oh yes I have been in business for 18 years now so I guess I am not a total screw up.
Back to the original subject, i have bought from VPW and have NO complaints in the speed they shipped my order, or anything else.I'll buy from them again. If I need part for a vehicle driven daily then I would seek out a supplier near me that has the part in stock.
