Yes, with the Helitool Mount and the Saginaw Reverse Rotation Box, a cut is required in the top frame rail. Its not huge, and I dont believe it causes any structural damage to an extent it would cause a problem. I dont see any way around the cut, if you mount the saginaw box in the original location/original holes.
