Oh, I'll consider you in the future thats for sure, however as they say "first impressions are lasting", and my first impression of your company was well, "Not to my liking". Lets put it that way.

Again, I will say that I am appreciative of the fact that I did at least receive my order. However, would it have been that difficult to inform backordered cutomers that they were not forgotten? Yes, it might have cost a few cents to mail an updated invoice with a target date, but IMO it would go a long way toward morale and customer relations than to simply just mail it when it came in and never tell anyone about it. However, that is not my biggest gripe. The fact that the person I originally talked to said the parts were in without first truly verifying that they were indeed in stock is what ticked me off. Trust me, I know the inventory process of a company. I am in that line of work. Yes, computer inventories can be off with what is actually on the shelf. This is where a ten second records to floor check would have saved alot of time.
