Look at the above image, note the TE-20.
If you can't read it this size, go check it out full size, but make sure you have a good connection, it is big. This is from Lang's book that I need to return to him, I kept forgetting to copy it!

The serial number in this auction matches what this book says a TE-20 is.
The M-1-2 body tag is the same as the two TD-21s I found last year.
I agree the chassis is a WC-?? T207 truck, but there is nothing to make me think anyone but a farmer/etc did the conversion, or that the body had anything to do with the government.
