The same manifold is used for both engines, the original manifold is a spread bore for the four barrel, I do not know what is for the two barrel, I know the heads for the 360 have larger ports then the 318 but I have heard of people putting the 360 heads on the 318 for better breathing. The only problem I can see is if you need the EGR manifold (I did Calif) then you have to have the right replacement parts, or at least you have to where I live unless the vechicle is over 30, so old power wagons need not apply. If I can scare up any more info let me know.
