More FFaxle bushing info FYI

In an earlier post I was concerned with excess clearance between my new bronze bushings and my axle. Axle measuring 1.513 and bushing I.D. measuring 1.520. It was suggested that the bushing would reduce in diameter in the I.D. after pressing in the bushing bore. I measured before installing and after pressing in. It did reduce in size but only by .0005 to .001. Not really enough to matter. I will use them without worry. Just an old picky machinist I guess. Thought maybe some of you would be interested in the info.
