hard to do because you have metal to metal
1. make sure you have tire talc in the tire before you install your tube & flap
2. apply murphys tire soap (solution) & dont be stingy to the tire beads
3. place tire onto wheel make sure metal valve
stem is aligned
4. put the end of the lock ring without the removal slot in place
5. put a small piece of wood on the ring
and slowly walk around whilst using a tire bar in the slot to hold the ring as far away from the wheel as you can - you can walk the lock ring into place without hitting it with any thing.
6. take your touch up paint and touch up the dings.
7. inflate tire (in cage) using inflation tool with long hose slowly & carefully
let the air back out and re-inflate to correct pressure.
