Hi Steve, I have a filter from a power wagon. On the edge of the lid, it says Standard Military Filter. I assume the pressure oil comes in at the bottom and goes' up the tube. Well, the bolt holding the lid down effectivley plugs this tube at the top and I don't see how any oil can go anywhere. Is this a factory screw up? There are no holes in the tube. Gary Troxel
