I have seen several PW's with an angle iron, with tapered ends, bolted across the bottom of the winch rope opening in the front bumper. They looked exactly like the factory-provided angle iron at the top of the opening, in front of the winch drum. Are these something that was factory, added as an after-market item, home-made innovation, or wha? Thanks.
