I would assume that in the early days of the Big E, it was building a following and responses would take several days. I however looked at the response time on the PWA forum, it would seem that responses follow every few hours or sooner, depending upon the topic or the subject matter. How you phrase a question and placing the question in the correct topic heading is also part of the process.
Nicks' current post reminds me of a question once asked of a computer, chose between two watches, one broken and not working and one which loses 1 hundredth of a second every 100 years. The computer chose the broken watch, strickly upon the logic that the broken watch shows the correct time every 12 hours and the other watch only shows the correct time every 60,000,000 hours.
At the current rate of Big E response time how long will you wait for an answer?
Sure the loss of the Big E is sad, but it would be sadder to sit and pout while Gordon has offered an already existing and working forum.
