The gm will not bolt up to the bell, a 1960-1967, 318 Poly may, and would have more power and torque than a gm 400. Anyway the bimetalic corrosion when a lessor quality gm motor is attached, even temporarily, to a Mopar frame starts a corrosion that soons renders the gm motor unusable. It will develope blow-by, oil leaks and generally rattle until it dies...oh wait, that is any gm motor installed in anything...= )
