AS long as you have a big block bell housing and the 413 is a big block you won't have a problem with it bolting up.
The problem will be with the crank. Many big block cranks that were made to go behind an automatic will not have the hole for the pilot bearing. Some say you could take it to a machine shop and have it drilled. Others will say you need to get a new crank.
I haven't done it but that is what I was told at one point.
