The smoke is so bad here in Fairbanks that we had to button up the house and let the HVAC system try to filter the air. Even in an air conditioned building you can see a blue haze down the halls. I had to brush ash off the truck this morning. The picture (taken on Thursday) is of the smoke plum from the boundary fire up on the Steese highway about 60 miles to the north, which is responsible for most of the smoke in town now. Boundary has burned 47,370 acres as of Sunday, the fires out by Chicken have taken 140,000 acres and the one up by Venetie is at 54,000, I haven't gotten a number on the Pogo Mine fire by Delta yet. I read that B.C. has over 400 wildfires going as of Sunday.

Dodge content. The Carryall took best custom truck at the Solstice Street Fair car show last Monday.
