I'm going to look at a engine in a 73 dodge motorhome that the seller claims is a 413. Through research I've been able to determine that 1973 was the last year the dodge 413 was used in motorhome, but I can't find what casting #'s for the blocks were used. All the casting # info that I've found on 413 ends when the 413 stopped being used in cars. I know enough to tell a B from a RB, but I need a way to tell what engine this is, 413/426/440?, and will it bolt up to a np435 with a BB bellhousing? I seem to have heard somewhere that the industrial versions of this engine had a non-standard crank which couldn't be used with a np435. MoparNorm, you out there?????
