Had mine powdercoated almost 10 years ago and they are holding up fine. One problem that has crept up recently is that I have gotten 2 flats on different tires in the last 3 months. I can find no tire damage or puncures in the carcass, but the tubes have a small hole. Could rust flakes or other "stuff" work its way into the tire and wear into the tube? The flaps, tires and tubes were all new when installed. The wheels were right from the powder coater, except I did wash them before going to the tire place. Any thoughts?
