yes - the lug holes are "coined" so that the rear wheels interlock.
Unless someone has changed out wheels here or there, that is what you should have.
It is not uncommon to have single type wheels on the front, or even a single type and dual type paired up on the rear axle.
Over time, some folks mix and match out of necessity or stupidity.
