There is a joke going around in my area: What is the difference between a Chevy and a GMC? They actually tighten the bolts down on a GMC. Sounds like in Tim's case, they tightened them too tight! I heard a guy say the other day that DODGE is short for: Dangerous Or Deadly Garage Expirement.
