Southwest of Moosehead Lake. On the Kennebec River. The closest town is Jackman. It's in the northwest part of Maine (not waaaaay far north like some folks travel to). About 7 hours drive from the southeast part of CT where we live. The Mead paper company found a way to transport their raw materials down to be processed and created the lake in the meantime. Terry's nephew's inlaws are the owners of the camp where we stay. It's heaven on earth! Thanks for asking.
