Well after a late start leaving for the Retreat for our Wednesday supper some folks missed a turn. After putting my 04 PW into triple digits to get in front of everybody we got them all back on the right road. We stopped at a round barn. This was a very unique structure with the same kind of history. A auction barn that cost $20,000 to build and they made that the very first sale they had. They had just put $40,000 into the roof just recently. On the next leg of our journey nobody went astray and we arrived for an excellent meal at Bonaparte Retreat (catfish,chicken and ham not your choice but all three). The town stayed open for us with their great little stores with antiques and great people. It was about an 80 mile round trip. Well it's about time for breakfast on the bleachers.
