If it's 10-bolt the PTO fits NP 201 (double lever '61-68) transfer case and possibly Power Giant era too, 205 uses a 6-bolt standard PTO opening. Regarding price, I paid $100- for the one I bought as a spare (w/most of the winch d'shaft and hangars) a year or 2 ago, but that was a good buy I think. Someone else chime in, W300Joe
