Most of us were raised to... "do unto others they way you want them to do unto you"...the golden rule, maybe you've never heard of it? And you are not my "pal".
I'd hate to go through life as cynical as you are. Most people that I have met are honest hard working and fair.

If I have to tell you that, you will never "get it". You said to "Hell with the guy" and you don't even know the situation. You lambaste lawyers then you turn right around and give poor legal advice, I think you may be a lawyer...(sorry BZ). I have been envolved in many a private sell that did not have dishonesty or cheating.
"Good guys finish last in this life"? That is a pathetic outlook on life, Beeville. And that is the saddest thing that you have said. I know plenty of good, honest, caring people who are very sucessful. And if you use money as a measure, some of them are millionaires many times over, but I don't use money as a measure of a sucessful man. I measure a man by his deeds and actions, his words, how his family reflects his character, how his children obey and honor him, how his wife speaks of him. How his community speaks of him and by the character of his friends, his moral strength and his reputation.
I pity a man who lacks those atributes.
