1. Was that a NOS Steering Gear Arm (SGA) or used?

2. You have not sealed your SGA boot with the wire in the kit or a cable tie

3. Jack the front so the wheels are off the ground and turn to the right as fas as it will go. If the knuckle has not hit the stop bolt, take of the SGA, turn the wheel until it does and reassemble the SGA. Then turn the wheel left to right to make sure it hits the stop both directions, if not reajust.
