Mark. I think Norm was referring to the comment from Nick about considering the sale "null and void". It seems obvious to me you have gone out of your way to find this character. But you still need the help of a qualified and honest lawyer. But that might be a bit of an anomaly. Good luck. I can't believe you haven't heard from the buyer?????
