wierd power wagon on ebay

There is a Power wagon for sale on ebay (item 2479427835). It claims to be a 1947 power wagon, but it looks more like a 4 x 4 version of the standard 1946 truck or maybe a civilian version of the VC series. I can't tell if it is a rare truck or something cobbled together. It looks nice.

I have pasted the link, but I haven't been to succesful with this in the past.
