I have put on a few pre-drilled bumperettes and it IS a pain in the butt. It DOES take a lot of tweeking with a few crow bars ETC., but I would rather do that than drill cause if you have to drill, you don't know exactly where it should and what should be tweeked and what's NOT to be tweeked.
