Sorry I missed your post. I cannot remember where I got that photo, I recieve and find so many pictures without descriptions that it is hard to keep up with the 'what's what' information. I had a '42 DD2-33 on my Job Rated Album for several years before the owner saw it and e-mailed me the correct information. I'm always open for additional information for the more than 3,000 photos that are posted there.
