I spent most of the day helping Craig dig everything he ever owned out from beneath a pile of rubble!
He was the one who found his mother (the only death from the storm) he is very upset and work seems to be his therapy right now (I can understand this) Craig lived on top of an old gas station his Uncle and Dad ran from the 40's on up until they closed it in the earlt eighties. Craig was raised in the garage with a wrench as a pacifier, many many hours spent with his uncle and dad working on vehicles, so many memories for him lost due to this storm.

As you can see from the pics the M-37 and the Carryall fared much better than the resored Challenger and the resored Elcamino and the restored Chevelle and the restored Lincoln as so on and so on. The roof collapsed just as Craig made a dive for the basment.

We have been cutting pieces off the roof all day and managed to retrieve the challenger and the elcamino, tomorrow Jim is coming out with his back hoe and me with the Duece and I think we should be able to clean up the worst of it together.

Those of you who would care to send Craig condolences or well wishes, please email them to me at cb75514@navix.net I will print them off and take them too him as he is now living in limbo and hour by hour and words from fellow PW people would go far to help his state of mind I think.

Imageevent has been giving me trouble at home and I can't get to these pics to sort them so please look at them and i'll try and write some thing about them in the am.
Judd
