The truck big block mounts are still available. I think TRW still makes them. The rubber insulator is NOT the same as small block! I just put a '68 383/727 in my '84 D250. I was lucky enough to find the mounts used, but you can get them new ($$$). The big block insulators I bought new at a parts store for $10.
The big block mounts bolt into a different set of holes on the frame - they are closer to the firewall than the small block holes. You'll see this once you get the small block out of there.
If the motor was out of a car, then you'll need a truck oilpan, oil pickup and tube, and dipstick. If the dipstick that's on the motor now goes into the block, then it came out of a car. The truck dipstick enters through the oilpan.
The car exhaust manifolds may present some problems too. I had to pinch the exhaust pipe on the driver's side to clear the frame.
The tranny for a 4WD has a shorter tailpiece than a 2WD truck/car, so that might be your biggest challenge.
The stock 2-row rad couldn't handle the extra heat, so i had to have a 3 row core put in my rad to keep the B/B cool (if you ask for high efficiency tubing, the result will equal a 4-row!).
Your 4WD might be a little more difficult than my 2WD swap was but don't worry, it's worth it!
