Shifting on a non synchro 4 speed is easy. Really it is. Follow the double clutch advice. Wait a very long time while in neutral. My dodge has very wide spaced gears. When you get it right it feels so smooth and simple that you question why you used the clutch, and that is a valid question. Every now and then my confidence gets high and I try to teach myself to shift without the clutch. If your timming is right you shouldn't even need it, espically between 3rd and 4th.
You might need to replace the clutch like I did, because it wouldn't let go which made shifting impossible.
